ABOUT CLK FITNESS

Let me help you to discover which method of fitness and daily movement work best for YOUR body so you can achieve and maintain your goals long term.  I take a very holistic approach with nutrition and I educate my clients on the importance of a well balanced diet.

To educate, guide and empower you to change your life through fitness and mindful eating of healthy foods.

I am extremely passionate about helping to combat childhood obesity and have a greater vision for my business to give back to this cause.  The habits we learn when we are young really impact our choices and what we turn to for comfort as we age.  Click on the "Grander Vision" page to learn more.
